Laura describes journaling–the craft of putting pen to paper–as the singular spiritual practice that has spanned from early childhood to the present, allowing her to process, reflect, celebrate, grow, change, and challenge herself. Today, Laura has moved her passion and spiritual practice of writing into the public sphere through social media, a blog, newsletter, and yes, a book!
