Midlife Reset Coaching

Midlife can bring far more than hormonal changes. Sleep disruption, anxiety, chronic pain, brain fog, shifting relationships, identity questions, and the resurfacing of old patterns can leave women feeling confused and disconnected from themselves.

Midlife Reset is a trauma-informed coaching experience designed to help women understand the intersection of nervous system health, trauma, chronic stress, women’s health, and the many transitions that emerge during midlife.

Who I frequently work with:

  • Survivors of religious trauma and spiritual abuse

  • Individuals recovering from domestic violence, coercive control, and high-control relationships

  • Therapists, coaches, clergy, educators, and helping professionals

  • Women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions

  • Individuals experiencing chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, or trauma-related symptoms

  • Organizations seeking trauma-informed consultation and training
