“The pen and the written word hold a great deal of power” –Andy Biersack

Laura describes journaling–the craft of putting pen to paper–as the singular spiritual practice that has spanned from early childhood to the present, allowing her to process, reflect, celebrate, grow, change, and challenge herself. As a teen, Laura knew that she wanted to write books and articles and often found herself writing think-pieces on various social and cultural issues as a way of understanding the world around her, even if those pieces would only be seen by her.

Today, Laura has moved her passion and spiritual practice of writing into the public sphere through social media, a blog, newsletter, and yes, a book!
